This puts money in the pockets of the people who’ll spend in their communities and multiply the power of those dollars where they belong – not in some billionaire’s offshore tax shelter. |
| Every single state that surrounds Pennsylvania has already raised their wages – New Jersey workers got SIX raises since the last time our workers did. This plan recognizes the differences in cost of living between cities, suburbs, and rural areas of the commonwealth and sets pay standards accordingly – and finally connects the wage to inflation so our workers will never have to wait a generation to get a raise again. But it’s not law yet. Now the state Senate has to act and put working people ahead of corporate profits – add your voice and join the fight. |
